PS when Kendrick, who did an excellent job, was gone, no one called to give status. That would have been nice. I could have had my car at least a day earlier (and paid you a day earlier). It wasn't a big deal since I had a rental car, but it would be good for someone to pick up the **** when someone has a day off.
