Everything went well. I truly appreciated the fact that I was updated throughout the process with the automatic messages as things progressed. One thing that I noticed was that your receptionist is often deluged with people and unable to help everyone in a timely manner - having to assist people coming in and also answering the phones - and I was grateful when there was another person helping at the front desk when I came in to pick up my car so that I didn't have to wait for long.

I was very surprised that the final costs were almost twice the original estimate. I got three other estimates that were all competitive to your original estimate. Since I did not impact my deductible payment I did not care as much but I would hope my insurance company looks into your pricing.
