I would think that matching the paint with a car this old you would see some difference somewhere. But my car has been repaired to looking as though it just came off the showroom floor. Job well done.

Jonathan was quitepushy and disrespectful. He implied that I was dishonest when I informed him that State farm was paying the cost of my tow. I assured him that my statement was accurate. He still questioned my honesty and informed me that he would not release my car to me unless I paid the total bill in full.
Along with the previous issue, he was very difficult to get in contact with when I had questions. Once, I called at 11:07 a.m. he was not at his desk. I left a message and did not hear back from him until 4 p.m.
I have informed State farm of my issues. I will not be using your company again.

Although it disappointed me to not hear any updates from my auto insurance, the College Park Collision Center was there for me every step of the way. Each time I called, someone was there to answer with a reliable answer. I was even happy that not only did I receive reliable text message statuses each time there was an update on the process of my repair, someone was even able to communicate with me via text too. The rep was courteous and pleasant. However I CANNOT say the same for the ladies, definately not customer friendly. They did not smile nor were they friendly. They were ALL on their phone and didn't look like they were not welcoming of customers. SAD!!!!
