It was very difficult to schedule an appointment to fix my vehicle right after the estimate--over 2 weeks. Once I was able to get my car in I was told it would be ready on Thursday and when I called to see what time it would be ready, I was told I would be called back that day. I was not. I had to call back the next day (Friday) to see when my car would be ready. I was finally called back that afternoon and was told it would be ready and was given less than an hour and a half notice to come pick it up and coordinate returning my rental and getting a ride over to the collision center before closing.

Pleased with the job itself, but was not pleased that "No One" contacted me to keep me in the loop on the progress of my car at all! Also my car was at Green's Toyota for a fu week and still had not been worked on; in fact....I was told that because they've had a lot of tows come in, everything was pushed back...really! They finally did a get it
done after about 3weeks, me continually
calling them and being a bit frustrated
in doing so! I will not be bringing my car
back to that location for repairs ever again!
Not due to the repairs itself, but due to the
poor customer service and wait time!
