The office staff were very helpful, got me right in for a quote and I was able to get my car in to be fixed fast. They gave been regular updates as far as repairs. They worked with me on some additional repairs as well. Very professional and I would use them again.

One problem I encountered is that when I first called KW Auto Body to schedule an appointment for a repair estimate. Few days later when I arrived at your company on the scheduled date, a young woman at the front desk told me that your company did not have my first scheduled appointment. Therefore I scheduled a second appointment at the front desk to get the repair estimate.

Yes I was. The front office personnel were very friendly and always took their time in explaining the whole process to me. I appreciate their dedication.

I got called to come pick up my vehicle as it was "ready." I turned in my rental got a ride to the shop to pick up my vehicle and it was not ready. Items on the estimate were not completed, i.e. The safety inspection. When asked if it was done, I got a thousand yard stare and was asked if it was due for one. It is due in August and was included in the estimate because my whole bumper was being replaced so instead of tearing my safety inspection off the old bumper and placing it on the new one you would think you guys would have looked at the estimate and did the safety inspection before calling me and telling me my truck was ready for pick up. Not to mention there was a part on the estimate (hitch cover for $25) that you guys couldn't replace but instead of telling me about it I had to ask about it and ask for you to refund me the money for that part since I signed over the insurance check for the full estimate to you guys. Then there is the part of me looking at my truck while Reyanne wrote the check for the hitch cover and safety inspection. Looking at my brand new bumper that you guys put on I find a nice scratch/bondo smudge in the corner and black paint over spray all over the chrome on the bumper! My dark is dark in color so I can't even tell if you got it on the body of the truck but I'm sure you guys did. So then I had to wait another 20-25 minutes for someone to buff out the paint on the bumper, causing me to miss more time at work. Granted Reyanne solved all my issues today by giving me a check for the safety inspection and hitch cover and having a guy buff out the paint on the bumper but those little issues have caused me to be very dissatisfied. If only you guys reviewed the estimate and completed all work on the estimate that I signed giving you guys permission to do, and did a once over of your repairs before calling me wasting my time I would more than likely be a happy customer. Because of those small details I will never bring one of my vehicles to your shop or recommend you to friends and family.
