Very good customer service; made a stressful situation less stressful. I appreciated the updates throughout the service and that my car was ready within the timeframe estimated. When I got my car back, I found it in perfect condition as it was a new car when I brought it to the shop, and that it was cleaned and detailed - something I was totally not expecting the shop to do, but appreciated immensely anyway.
