The repair looks great however there was lots of dust left inside the vehicle.

Jason was an excellent example of what every person who deals in customer service should be. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied, and even pointed put something in my car that he had noticed was already broken. He took then time to look up the part, where it could be found, and the price. Since he could not get it himself quickly, he gave me the information so I may obtain it cheaply. Who does that?!?! AMAZING. Amiefr geico was equally amazing, and gave me additional information about how I may upgrade my interior along with Jason. She took the time to talk to me about ways to protect my bumpers and where I might go to find out if it's possible, and so on. Everyone was so nice, and if I should ever need to, I will be back again!!! THANK YOU to everyone for such excellent customer service and speedy work. I am thoroughly impressed.

Driving home my car made a very loud " dragging" noise. Upon pulling over I discovered the front end engine cover ( apron?) was dragging on the ground. I drove back to your shop and a gentlemen " fixed" it so it wouldn't drag or make noise and told me he would order me a new one.... Which should have been fixed initially ( my car had front end damage so it seems logical that this would have been checked out. Once I receive a phone call that this part is in I will need to go back yet again, on my one day off, and deal with what I feel should have been taken care of in the first place. I feel like this repair job was rushed to my detriment .

My special ordered emblem on the hood of my car was not put back on correctly and was damaged during the repairs done by your shop. It was warped or put up against heat and looks horrible. The work order specifically states emblem was removed and put back on. Why I dont know wen this area was not the area of damage. This was not brought to my attention as if everything was done perfectly and I had to mention it to Jason **** and then he replied as if he knew exactly what I was speaking about but had not said anything to me. I feel like if I had not noticed this myself as this is what makes my vehicle unique to me is my emblems they would have never said anything to me. I am now currently waiting for someone to let me know about replacing my damaged emblem and I am wondering why did it ever have to be removed when that is not where my vehicle was damaged on the top of the hood area. These emblems were special ordered from KIA and I want the same exact one as I was told all your work is under warranty. I have yet to receive an update or phone call but hope so soon. Thank You

There are black spots noted on sun roof visor cover. At this time, I'm not satisfied yet awaiting for the replacement according to Jason ****. The car should have been detailed wash before returning to customer due to some marks of black spots(tar like paint!) noted On back of the car. I have to drive back to the shop to show them. Thanks to Jason **** for ordering the sun roof visor cover to correct the problem.
