I like the custom lounge, there are tv, coffee station, freezer with bottled water. And also the rest room is clean and big.
All the stuff there are excellent!
They are really helpful and everybody cares about you!

Everyone I interacted with was incredibly helpful and I am very pleased with the end result. I really appreciated the emails along the way keeping me posted about the status of my car. The only complaint I had was that they fairly significantly underestimated the time it would take (originally quoted that I would get my car back on Jan. 17; actually took until Jan. 21), and didn't update me on that change until after the fact. I definitely don't mind the extra time, I just wish I had been informed about the delay before Jan. 17. All things considered, though, I am very pleased with the work quality and customer service I experienced at Euro Collision. Thank you for fixing my car!!
