Had expected the repair process to be a major headache. However, it couldn't have been any smoother. You all did a great job, and I was particularly impressed by the communication and updates I received along the way. Will recommend you highly to any friends who need body work.

The local service team and their work was satisfactory. The prompt turnaround was satisfactory. The team was attentive and responsive.
The only problem I encountered was more of a communications management problem which is corporate, not local to the service team, and which I mentioned to the team. Your office did not communicate precisely as to when I could pick up my completed vehicle, and in your standard email communication that my vehicle was "almost done" was very tricky and ambiguous. It did not provide information that the shop closes early on Saturday. This could be easily resolved by adding that information to your standard customer email message -- I do not fault the local service team for this problem.
