THANK YOU to all of the wonderful people at Euro Collision. I have never been in a car collision before, but my auto insurance company recommended that I have my car repaired at Euro Collision. I am very happy that I did decide to have my car's body work done at EC. From the moment I first arrived I was greeted promptly and with a smile (huge plus!). The receptionist was very courteous and helped me to get checked in in a very timely manner. I was given plenty of time to get all of my questions asked. I dropped my car off on a Friday and was given an estimated pick up date of the following Wednesday or Thursday. To my surprise, I received a call on Monday afternoon that my car was ready to be picked up! When I did pick up my car I was amazed at how well the repairs looked. It was flawless. I couldn't even tell that my car suffered body damage or was involved in an accident. It looked that good! And they were even nice enough to wash my car, too. Even though I went to Euro Collision based on a recommendation from my auto insurance, I will say this -- if I even end up needing body work done on my car again, I will not hesitate to bring my car back to Euro Collision for repairs. Thank you for a job well done!!! Keep up the excellent work!

The service that I received was excellent. I could not have asked for a better team (Geico, Euro Collision and Enterprise) to service me and my vehicle. Everyone (Bill, Nick & Ann) was attentive to my service needs. I was also elated at the turnaround time in which my car was completed. My boyfriend told me if this place was an option to get our car fixed that this would be the place to go! Euro Collision has always exceeded our expectations. They go above and beyond just doing the repairs. From the moment I dropped my car off every single person I interacted with was friendly and made sure I understood what the process was and what I should expect. I was quoted to having repairs done in 4 days, and they got it done in half the time! The trunk and bumper look fabulous, like brand new. We don't even want to take it out of our garage and park in the street anywhere. The molding that was coming out from the driver's side from when the door got stuck parking too close to the curb got put back in without even asking. It wasn't part of the damage from the accident, but done out of care in the sense of you saw something else broken and you fixed it. I equate this to someone leaving trash on the floor and you see it like it's an eyesore and you did something about it and picked it up and threw it in the garbage. Imagine if we all did something like that! I have to say, it totally made my boyfriend's and my day. I can say that I wouldn't look to go any place else. I want to say they will have our future business any time a situation might arise, but I'm hoping no other situations arise. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired!

Excellent team experience with Nick and Bill to complete my insurance and private customer repairs. Very satisfied with both repairs. Very impressed with quality control by Nick when I picked up my Acura RL. Hope to see you in a few months to repair nicks on trunk, right side, rear and hood of car. I had a great experience with Euro Collision. Everyone that worked there was very friendly and helpful. I was well taken care of from start to finish. In the end they did a great job with my car and returned it to me looking good as new!

When I got home I discovered a blotch of white paint overspray on the plastic piece behind the door on the bottom of the car. It was about the size of a silver dollar. Also, there was some sort of goop or funk on the steering wheel. Also, someone had unnecessarily dismounted my radar detector and had fidgeted with my smartphone mount and my stereo settings. Not sure why all these things were tampered with anyway. Mostly frustrated about the blotch of paint on the plastic molding behind the door. I'll have to try scrubbing it off and it will probably scratch the plastic. If it hadn't been for these relatively minor, but important, things the experience would have been great.
