Jon was an excellent service advisor! He really took care of me and my car and was consistent with keeping me updated with the repairs done to my car. I'm really happy that I made the choice to come to Euro Collision because they gave me a very personable experience that made me feel like I was taken care of every step of the way after my accident. My Geico adjuster, Brittini, also made my experience very painless and was very diligent in making sure all damages that happened during the accident were taken care of. I was to receive a new bumper replacement and the condition of the bumper was not like new The bumper had had exiting scratches, also it looks as if some time of material had splattered on my car on the side door and front bumper and lights that had to be addressed. In addition, the blue market used to identify existing scratches were still present in the vehicle, tire and rim. In an attempt to make it better I was offered a free wash to get the remainder of the blue market off.
