I was never contacted on an update with my vehicle. I had to call to get any update. Secondly my vehicle had damage to a wheel that was not repaired prior to pick up, it was brought to the attention of the individual helping me and at that time I was told I would need to bring it in for another drop off. When asked if a vehicle would be provided for me since I was having to drop my vehicle off for something that was. It done in the 25 days my vehicle was in the shop, I was told that the manager would have to make that call. Thankfully the manager agreed to a vehicle for the day. Overall my experience with the body shop was subpar and I would not recommend, nor use them again.
