While the body work itself is generally high quality, after several repairs with Bill Luke the trend is always interior problems. This time, the smell of paint inside the vehicle is so strong that it is almost unbearable, causing headaches. We've had it airing out for several days now but it is stil noticeable. The last two times it was with you we had to have buffing compound cleaned from the interior. Additionally, last time we got it back with trim pieces missing. We still think your shop does the best body work in town, but what we've had to deal with as a result of using you is causing us to rethink future visits.
