From the time I pulled the car in until it was ready and sparkling, I was appreciative of the expertise and professionalism of the whole team. Due to the extent of the damage, I anticipated a longer turnaround time on the vehicle and was thrilled and amazed that the car was ready 2 days sooner than expected. The team called me to advise on the status AND were accommodating when it came to coordinating the drop off of the rental car which eliminated the need to have someone accompany me to pick up my car when completed. Excellent service. Will definitely recommend Hack's again and again.

I understand that you were busy and could not accept my car for repair immediately. I waited 3 weeks from the date of the accident before you could take it.
Once you had the car, I asked for an estimated date of completion and was told it would be four days after I had brought the car in. I also got an e-mail saying that I would get updates; no updates were ever sent. When I called twice, I was told that the repairs would be delayed another week because you lacked parts. Then, I was called on the day promised, and magically, the car was repaired. A few days AFTER I had picked up the car, I got a call/email saying the car was ready for pickup when it had been in MY garage for several days.
