Was given a "worst case scenario" estimate. Was told repair wouldn't be more than that and likely less. The repair was significantly higher than "worst case" and no one ever called to explain ahead of time. When I picked up the car no one was available to speak to and I requested a call the next day to address this. No o e ever called. I left voice mail the following day which has not been returned. This is my first time working with Ebersole and find this to not be very "confidence inspiring." I certainly wouldn't consider a purchase based on this treatment.
