I have to afmit I was a little **** about Geico and Crash Champions when I spoke to the Geico rep on the phone. Not because of the customer service rep (who was extremely nice) but because I never delt wirh Geico before. I have to say that my experience was great! Jason at Crash Champions was very friendly and informative and when I picked up my car, I found that it had been cleaned! Everyone involved turned a bad experience (getting my car hit) into a positive one. So much so that I am considering changing car insurances.

While the Staff has been great, the first of two repairs failed to be done in a timely manner. 10 days 2-3 days longer than quoted, and still there is a discrepancy with the quality and final product. Not to mention lack of attention when preparing for paint. Overspray was also noted when I got the vehicle home and could look at the work performed a bit closer. While I know the staff will make it right, it should have been done right the first time. It’s a inconvenience to have you personal vehicle in the shop for any length of time, but now this car will have to return for a correction in the quality Crash Champions produces.
