Everything was fixed properly, however on my drive home tonight I realized the new headlamp that was installed was not done properly. The light is not sitting where it should be and is sitting on the flat surface behind the actual spot.

I left my headphones inside my middle console. I realized it after the fact but figured they would be safe. Of course, I figured wrong and they are now gone. $150 headphones just disappeared. I know you will say you’re not responsible for lost or stolen items, but this is just tacky and absurd. You have people working for you that steal? I’m so disappointed. I don’t need a call, I know this isn’t going to go anywhere and nothing will come of it, but this is really a shame.
Other than that, Jason and Derek kept me informed about repairs and it does look fine. I just wish I was able to say that this is a trustworthy company. It **** me up when people steal from me. Anyway, thanks for reading this.

After picking up my car up I discovered the lights didn’t work. So now I have to bring the car back. Also, there was additional damage that was caused by the pole that clearly hit my vendor. However, because the car was in an accident prior to me owning it, the appraiser (adjuster) said it shouldn’t be covered. The vendor may have been attached poorly before but it was completely intact before the accident. While I have used this facility before with no problems, this experience was not satisfactory.
