This is the second time that I have used Crash Champions. Both times, our car was completed past the estimated completion date. It is difficult to plan a schedule in my household, with our jobs and commitments, when we are counting on something to be completed on a certain date and it continues to get pushed back. Overall, I believe the work is done well... however, this time when we got our car back, it was making a noise. The gentleman at the desk said our serpentine belt had gone bad and it's a coincidence it wasn't making the noise prior to us bringing our car in. So now I'm going to be without a car again, while I find someone to replace another part. It's unlikely we will be using Crash Champions in the future. I was disappointed in the entire process this time around.

This was our first experience with Crash Champions. We were impressed with the efficiency and speed with which the repair estimate went. Especially with having been a walk in customer. April, the receptionist and Jason Gagliardo were great first impressions Our car was repaired by the date we were told. We were surprised that it was washed and cleaned on the inside also!! Not to mention a bouquet if flowers. AND April and Jason have great friendly personalities. We left with positive feelings of Crash Chsmpions. Thank you.
