I dreaded this whole experience. However, from walking into mikes and out of enterprise it literally took a MAX of 35 minutes. It was so pain free!! I didn’t have to do a thing! I felt so guilty about crashing my car and it was nothing but positivity from you guys. I was referred by Aman Kashyap (close friend, not even my personal insurance guy haha) and I’m so thankful for it. You guys rock! Front desk even gave me a Starbucks card for a delay in picking up my car because she felt bad I had just come off night shift. Unnecessary but so kind. Thank you!!

Staff was ill informed regarding the status of my responsibility for my deductible. 3 different staff members informed me I needed to pay my deductible. I informed them I was not responsible (per my insurance). When they looked into my file they discovered I was in fact not responsible. When I picked up my car I had to sign paperwork indicating I was responsible for payment of my deductible. I pointed out I was not comfortable signing this as I was not responsible. Darianne (person working the front desk) was loud, rude and extremely disrespectful. She pointed out that it was in my file that I was not responsible but my paperwork could not be amended to reflect this per insurance requirements. I feel paperwork that is required to be signed should correctly reflect the customers/insurance financial responsibility. In addition it should not be the customers responsibility to inform multiple staff members of the status of deductibles etc. Finally staff should be very mindful of the tone and manner in which they speak customers.

Communication throughout the process was great. However one thing that is confusing to me is that when I dropped off my car he had 5398 miles. But when I picked it up it had a little over 5500 miles. Why is there an additional hundred miles on my car during service?
