The place is friendly with friendly staff, especially Vince, but they REALLY need to work on setting proper time frames. I was told my vehicle "would be ready tomorrow" multiple times. Got a bunch of texts saying the date was moved over and over. Overall great experience but that one thing needs work.

The only frustrating part was that I was told I could not schedule an appointment for the work because I had to take a check to the shop for $37.50 for the parts since I was not going through my insurance. I was willing to pay via credit card but they couldn't take that over the phone. Finally, I spoke to the man who did my estimate and he scheduled my work. I couldn't believe they were going to give up the work over $37.50 then it turned out that there were no parts after all. Bottom line, you should be able to take credit cards over the phone if you're going to require payment to schedule a service. It's very inconvenient to have to go to the shop just to make an appointment.
