I dropped my vehicle off on a Saturday morning and didn't get a call about my estimate until late Monday afternoon. If they weren't going to look at my vehicle until Monday I would of rather dropped it off on Monday instead of Saturday so I didn't have to go without a vehicle so long. Very poor time management on their part.

There are many aspects of the repair that are (nicely put), sub-par at best. There are cob webs inside my headlight housing which weren't there before, my front radiator and headlight support bar is bent and no effort was made to straighten it, a part was simply repainted without first sanding or prepping the surface, and the hood is still bent on one end and misaligned. There are many more things I would like to list, but will not.
