Shelly, Duane and Peter at the Abra on Callahan Drive in Knoxville, TN are awesome!!! They were extremely friendly, helpful and informative!!! Your customer service was terrible. As well as the work that was performed on my 2007 Ford Expedition. Neither was the timing right that you quoted me for the repairs and the cost was way more than the estimate you gave me. I will not receive service from this company again and I will not be willing to refer you to anyone either.
