I had never heard of Abra prior to my need of repair service. After this experience though, I will definitely be suggesting this company to family and friends. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the shop, the efficiency of there technicians, the way they approach a breakdown/repair, and there follow up with customers.
It seems to be a very productive, and successful business. After this experience I can see why. I was also pleased with the customer service given to my by Peter Crdoba at the Callahan location. He was very attentive, and honest.
