Bree/Brie (spelling ?), Cory, and Elaine are an asset to the Abra Team. They are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They made an unfortunate event a more tolerable event. Thankfully I was back in T-Rouge II (my 2017 Ford Escape Titanium) within 2 days. Even though the other driver involved (who is also insured with State Farm) was liable/at fault, this morning I contacted my State Farm Agent's Office to update them that I got my vehicle back on Saturday 05/05/2018, the repair amount, I returned the Hertz Rental Car, and etc. A HUGE Thank You to the Abra North Knoxville Team for job well done in taking care of the customer!!

The repair looks wonderful first of all. Secondly, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. It’s was truly and quick and hassle free experience from start to finish. They took care of everything for me, including rental car pick up and drop off, and we’re even going to stay after they normally close to ensure I could pick my car up after repair. I can’t say enough good things about my entire experience.
