I loved the constant updates as to the progress of the repair. Customer service was top notch. The only suggestion that I have to improve the service would be to send both text messages and emails when trying to update customers on the status of their vehicles & not just emails solely.

I was contacted every day my auto was in for repair and given a progress report on what was being done including photos. My car was completed and delivered as promised.
