I'm satisfied with the repairs but a little disappointed with not being offered a rental car extension. My vehicle was passed its scheduled release date and I had reached my limit on my rental car through my insurance company, therefore I had to return my rental. Sadly enough, I was not offered a rental car during the extended time the repair shop needed to finish repairs. I do appreciate the fact that you paid for three days of rental with my rented vehicle from my insurance company,but I went ONE week without a vehicle. Maybe this is something you can work on moving forward.
