The whole team was very professional, courteous and kind in resolving an inconvenient situation. My car looked brand new when they were finished and they did the repairs quickly and flawlessly. I had my car towed to one location than you had it towed an hour away it took over a week to get the estimate done and a month and a half to repair. I understand that there is nothing you can do about back ordered parts but I didn't appreciate the circles I had to go in to get may car checked out in the 1st place.

I would first like to say, John was absolutely wonderful. My vehicle was dropped off on the 29th and from then I called just about every other day, for updates and questions. John was helpful, reliable and put all fears at ease. I wasn't expecting that at all, considering it was my first accident, I was unaware of what the process was like. John made me feel like a friend and I will definitely go back to this location for any other vehicle related needs. I seriously can't say enough good things about him. I also took picture and posted it to my Facebook to recommend this location to my friends. And I live about a hour away! The paint job and detail on my truck was also amazing, the body work made it seem like nothing happened. It was refreshing to get my truck back after all of this happened, and it coming back clean, and back to what it was before the accident.
