I do not wish to have anyone contact me. My issue was with the day it was promised to be done it was not and even though I called to verify it would be, by the time I arrived to pick it up, which was about 15 minutes before the shopped closed, they were just then calling me when they knew well beforehand it wouldn't be done that night.

Although my car had to be moved to another Abra due to insurance reasons I was extremely satisfied that the employees at Abra in Grayslake were very informative and always kept me in the loop of what was going on and very friendly! My car still had scratches from the accident when I picked it up. I was told all textured plastic pieces come scratched so even if it has been fixed it still would be scratched. The customer service was pretty awful as well. I knew more than the receptionist who deals with all the customers. She told me at one point that I could see they were a little busy so she couldn't help me.
