The quality of the body repairs done on my vehicle was excellent. Customer service was also very impressive, with text updates twice every day (morning and afternoon), Repairs were completed in just 2 days, which isn't the norm in the Knoxville area. Abra even cleaned vehicle interiors prior to delivery which they didn't have to do. Every staff member I dealt with was courteous and respectful trying in every instance to take care of my needs. Went in for an estimate and I left with a rental car. Jim and Debbie were great with everything. I was updated a couple times a day on the status of the repairs. The car was finished in the time frame I was told. When I went to pick up the car, it was washed, waxed and vacuumed. Simply perfect.
