Phenomenal service and work. The job that was done on my car was outstanding and took far less time than i expected. Jim kept me abreast of tbe daily progress on the repairs and took the time to go over all work done at the time of pickup with a detailed inspection of work done and care of the vehicle over the coming weeks.

The actual work was great. Customer Service needs improvement. I was told I could drop off my car and would be provided a ride to work. I ended up driving the car myself and an employee rode with to work and brought the car back. I was 12 minutes late to work, which my supervisor emailed me about it. Finally, my wife was given the wrong car keys to pickup car after hours. Luckily, we had a spare key with us at the time.
