Bill $3600 more than originally quoted. I understand that price can change but 3600!!!! Charge 70+ hours which equal $3500 in labor And found out they didnt replace the rear quarter panel, they repaired and bondo'd it , which infuriates me!! Now I've got 2018 Honda Pilot with 17000 that's bondo'd. I understand my insurance played for it .

There is sticky residue left on the trunk and right back panel that will not come off with water. Also, Red marker marks were left on the spoiler that would not come off with glass cleaner. I have to make an extra trip to the repair shop for someone to remove the marks with rubbing compound. The actual bumper repair looks great. I thought the car would have been clean of all marks and residue. The vehicle is dirty. It is a time issue having to make an extra trip for something that should have been taken care of before I was called to pick up the vehicle.
