Absolutely everyone from the beginning of the process, all the way to the end was professional, curtious and friendly. I got regular updates via text and the work was done ahead of schedule. There are some continuing problems. The door is very noisy when driving (a lot of air). There appears to be a rubber seal missing when I look at the driver's side compared to the passenger's side. One of the interior lights in the back of the car isn't turning off. I don't think there is manual way to turn this off. It should work like the other rear interior lights, but it isn't. One of the interior lights in the front of the car by the rear view mirror is broken. It isn't working. The console (between the seats) lights are not working. There should be two amber lights that come on when I turn on the seat warmer/cooler. Also, the lights that illuminate the shifter are not coming on (D, Reverse, etc). I would also be interested if the wheel alignment was checked.
