Chris T. my Customer Service Rep was very informative throughout the whole process. He called every other day to let us know what was going on. The work was finished before the original given date. Only problem I had stains on my white leather back seat from the job that I had to get cleaned. Other than that I was very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommended.

Chris Tunstall was our Abra representative and he could not have been more helpful, professional and friendly in guiding us through this first brush with a crash and claim. The other party turned out or be uninsured, so there were some extra steps, and he took them all, even up to the last minute in ensuring all the paperwork was settled correctly.
I found the whole staff efficient from the receptionist down- when a question came up at the end, one of the other agents tried to one my adjusters boss on his personal phone - just as I was waiting. You have a good team
