Try to give vehicle back in the morning of the day rather than last couple of hours before closing. So rental vehicle does not get charged for extended use if customers can not make the pick up day.

I was not explained exactly how the paint job was going to be done on the hood of the car. I was told no rust repair is going to be done but the entire hood is going to be painted over. But instead only clear coat was on the half of the hood. I was intentionally framed into a spurious job and was cheated.
