After two months of awaiting a part my vehicle should have been a number one priority I was told it would be done next day and would be called I did not get a call until five days later

When it was realized that the paint could not be matched, we should have been called. The truck will now have to have the remaining portion painted to match. I do understand there was nothing to be done but to use the paint that was used. But a courtesy phone call explaining what was happening would have been appreciated. We could have had all done at same time rather than being without a vehicle again. We should have had the option.

Customer service was great. The body and paint work was pristine. However, I was very disappointed with the state of my car once I got it back. I gave it to them cleaned and detailed. When I got it back, it looked like a dust bomb exploded inside. They looked like they tried to clean it but there were just streaks and dust pushed around. I will need it get it detailed again on my own after what was done to it.
