Management did not acknowledge me when I entered the business initially, even though we made eye contact. Overall repair process seemed to be very lengthy. Updates via text were frequent until repairs past expected due date and then there was no contact. Customer service needs improvement.

The work was great, and I loved having the exterior cleaned and the interior vacuumed, but I had to spend nearly an hour wiping down the interior to get all the remaining dust.
