The repair was done in a timely fashion and Cain was great. They worked with my schedule so I didn't have to miss additional work. The only complaint would be the detail job. It was very obvious it had been rushed. I didn't even realize it had been cleaned, I only noticed once I was asked if they did a good job by an old employee.

The trim pieces were not on the dashboard that they had replaced. While, they subbed out that work, it was still there responsibility as the insurance company's proxy to make sure my car was like new. Also, the car was on absolute empty when I picked it up.
Other than that, I do have to say, this is the second time they've worked on my car and they do VERY good work. This 2nd job was just not as perfect as the first time.
