Well, I was told Tuesday that my vechicle would be ready,and finally at 4pm on Friday my jeep was ready. And who cares, I told the geico person that I need the vechicle ASAP because I'm caring for my terminally ill Mother, and might have to take her to Walter Reed hospital. All in all, I am considering changing insurance companies, because YOU GUYS **** PERIOD. If your reps. call customers liars, I might stay with you guys, but after this experience you might as well forget it. I am totally disgusted and insulted, is this the way you treat customers, then I do need to find another company, signed....you pissed me off. Also, in the middle of a anti boric infusion, which I have to administer every day I had to argue that I was given a 50 discount for waiting three extra days. There's more, but whatever . I will be actively searching for a new company as of Monday.
