From the moment I rolled in with my banged up car, I was impressed with the service at King Collision. Bill and John greeted me promptly and eased my anxiety about having a car in such bad shape. Together they made their assessments and let me know the next steps in the process. As promised, I got a follow-up phone call with the plan for repairs. Jack from Enterprise also was helpful, efficient, funny, and followed through with a phone call. I especially appreciated the emails from Bill keeping me apprised of the progress on the car every day. Ive had a few experiences with body shops, but none so pleasant as with King. The car looks like new; I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks.

I was highly impressed with how everything was handled with my repair of the VW Tiguan.
The enterprise was accommodating with the vehicle, although it was handed off without any fuel in the rental.
The extra mile upon returning of the Tiguan was a very professional touch with detailing the vehicle. I did not expect this and was very surprised.

It was unfortunate that after receiving my vehicle from collision that it overheated after a 45 minute drive to DC. I called the dealership and was told that I would receive a call from one of two managers but found after twenty minutes of waiting that only an e-mail message was sent. I would have expected a call to the managers would have been protocol for such a sutuatuon. After finding out this information I asked to speak to a manager and a man by the name of Steve who was the manager of used car sales proceeded to provide the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After explaining my situation I was presented with the sarcastic statement "well what do you want me to do about it". The level of unprofessional from Steve was unbelievable and in my situation of now being stranded miles from my home unnecessary and unwanted. He had also told me that he was turning on a recorder to record our conversation at which time I started recapping the events and conversation for the "recording". Steve then told me that I didn't need to repeat myself because he was not recording the conversation and that he would not do that (record the conversation). It was a bold lie that he told me about recording the conversation at which time I lost all respect for his position as a manager. The only saving grace was the above par level of ownership the the manager of service provided me the next day. I do believe that I should report Steve to the better business bureau due to the fact that he would blatantly lie to me and treat me with such disrespect.
