I thought both the repair work and customer care were excellent/ -- and I would not hesitate to use King again (if ever necessary) and to refer friends and family there. The car was not completed within the estimated time but I appreciated King keeping me up to date on progress-- and not rushing the job and potentially cutting corners just to deliver it to me within that period. I also appreciate the fine customer service: Your representative not only alerted me when it was done but stayed a few minutes overtime so that i could pick it up after getting stuck in traffic enroute. King definitely exceeded my expectations!

The quality of the repair needed more work to be accomplished. It seem as though it was not care for on the details of the work. Moreover, they left out one completely left out a damaged part ( left side mirror).
