Everything went very smoothly. My only complaint was that I never received a call to schedule a pick up when I received the initial text notifying me that my car was finished. The text said my car was done and that I would receive a call but I never got a call. It wasn't until the next business day that someone called me. Other than that, everything was great and king auto body fixed my car perfectly.

I was unsatisfied with the quality of the paint job that I received on my car. Had someone taken the time to do a quality check prior to returning my car to me, they would have noticed the scratch the paint. Unfortunately, I had to request the job to be re-done. Hopefully it will be better the second time around.
