First of all I'd say thank you for the job King's collision center has done for me. There are couple of items that I think they could do better which is : one of the fender liner needed to be replaced but the representative said that is not from the recent incident! As far as cleaning the car, the grill, head lights, part of hood and windshield were not completely clean. Thank you,

We weren't happy dealing with Michael (Mike) due to his rudeness and non expaplaintory and listening to our concerns especially when he made fun at my wife . We will not bring our car to the body shop as long as Mike still there but we don't mind having a helpful and pleasant representative to deal with. Body shop did a great job on our car but Mike damage it with his bad attitude and behavior .
