The updates during the repair process was a nice feature that we haven't got from other dealerships. We also appreciated the car being clean afterwards, keep up the good work.

There was a missing piece of trim and a paint chip. Now we have to bring the car back in after not having it for over three weeks

I picked my car up right before they closed for the weekend and upon returning to my home, the engine started smoking and the temperature light came on. Repairs were not finished on my car and now I'm out of a car until Monday when they open again. Usually service is great. Extremely disappointed and I'm hoping they'll take care of this right away.

My thoughts on Bill **** Fird. In the early 1950's I bought a used 1953 black Ford convertible. Bill **** had a used car lot at the time on Plymouth road near Telegraph. A few issues with the vehicle after purchasing it were handled to my satisfaction, before the public thought the only way the Bug 3 moved was because the Japan cars flooding our shores made it imprratibe. Working at the Riyge Pant in Dearborn Michigan I was oftener observe red by a welcomed Japanese group with camera's in hand. Quick point in those days Union employee or not taking a picture and I would be out on **** Riad. So going from the days as a kid with the cheap **** guns being sold to all of a sudden being thought of a innovators. This occurred, when you give someone for free the technology garnered from 75 of manufacturing automobiles. No huge cost & time involved so the money without question saved could afford the Japanese the where abouts to do the work required to improve on the Big 3's auto. To think even back in the late 60's hearing we were putting out garbage was mind blowing to me. Those first rust buckets being dumped in our shore then is my reasoning also to keep the cost to the buyers new plants were not in the picture. My answer briefly should have been that my 2007 Mark LT Truck when I drove away in it after the extensive quality work done on it had me feeling like the day I bought it. One more, best this in mind, a vehicle dies not get driven for 200,000 Miles with out maintainers and service being performed The the ones in a fig who day after 5 years or so the trans needed work slay me. Ask what Demi **** soent to hook up wth Aston Kutcher. Thanks Guys Ronald F Matley
