Most of the repair was done on time and nicely done. I told the write-up person about the plastic trim piece on the drivers side was loose (from a previous Bill **** repair) and asked them to check/fix it during this repair. Arrived at store only to find the plastic piece still loose. Showed it to the person doing the walk around, who pulled it into the back and taped the plastic piece back in place using double sided tape. He also showed me the original push in clip that had broken off. He said that he didn't clips like the one that was broken (and would have to order it from Mazda. Tape seems to be holding, but time will tell.
This should have been taken care of before I showed up and the correct fastener ordered and installed during the 8 days Bill **** had the car. Everyone was very nice at the store, but I got the feeling that this little detail was missed causing a delay at pickup time. Not a big miss, but a miss never the less.
