I am very pleased with the results after hitting a deer in my Camry. After a poor experience with Enterprise I was offered a rental car right from the collision center,I am extremely grateful for that gesture. I don't normally review many businesses but this has been probably the best customer service I've ever received. Furthermore the whole outside of my car including the rims were thoroughly cleaned and even my interior was wiped down and cleaned. The results are great and I couldn't be more pleased. A bumper lense was cracked in the accident and I specifically showed them it. I picked up my car because they said it was ready and the bumper lense was not replaced. Thanks for NOT fixing something that was pointed out and not even bringing it up when I picked it up. Really disappointed and thought the quality of work was better there. Not cutting corners on a simple part like that.

I was told my car would be finished on 3/****/16. I called on the first and was told they needed another 2 days to finish and they wod keep me updated. They never called to update me and I didnt receive my car until 3/11/16. My car is making a funny noise and now has to go back. They should have called with updates and thr car should be 100 percent fixed

Molding around the window is loose, an you can see were certain things were taped off an also paint on the chrome molding, it looks great just that I painted for 4 years an can pick out things easier than others

I was a little disappointed that no one mentioned I could ask for my oil to be changed while my car was there, for nearly 5 weeks. It needed it, the warning light was on the dash. Seems to me someone would have told me I needed to request it? Also, they drove my car at least twice and left me with a completely empty tank of gas. Sounds petty but I would have put a couple bucks in it. Though I know my car was a giant pain to get parts for and had extra issues, I always appreciate businesses who go a little further to surprise a customer with an outstanding experience. Always helps get referrals! Otherwise, great job, my car looks beautiful and I'm so happy to have it back!
