My car was repaired quickly and efficiently. Although I only paid my deductible, the repair costs were much less than I imagined. Upon pick up, my car was clean (inside and out) and looked amazing with the repairs. FCC finished the repairs faster than originally estimated and kept me updated through the process. I have used FCC before this experience and, although I hope I don't need repairs again, I would return to get my car fixed back up. All employees I have had contact with there have been very polite and always make sure I understand everything and are sure to answer all my questions.
