I do not need Johnnhy to contact me. I received a call from him the day after I dropped off my vehicle saying the frame on my car was bent. He said he sent over a new estimate to USAA.. so I waited to hear from USAA-for a week. He never sent it over. This caused me to have unnecessary out of pocket expenses & during this difficult time the entire world is in, I don't need or want expenses that are 100% avoidable. Definitely my first TERRIBLE experience with your auto shop

The only thing that I would like to see done is that you would text or email your clients and let them know if you are having any problems getting the repairs done. Such as : delay in getting parts, finding addition things that need done that will change cost . Your staff was very helpful and friendly and have had no problems with problems with the work that.
