This claim took a bit longer than normal because of paint match issues and I got a bit cranky and impatient I will admit. But you handled my concerns nicely and I appreciated it. Estimate was off by double and time changed tonic weeks to repair. I dropped off 1st rental rental car to get a cheaper one. Then car was completed in 3 or 4 days. The repair was done well. The estimate process seemed flawed. I missed several hours of work dealing with the rental cars.
