When Reinstalling headliner.. technician had dirty hands, and got black finger prints all over my light grey headliner, which previously was immaculate, or rather new in appearance. Now they want to use cleaner on it and may damage the adhesive or foam underneath.

The service and presentation was great BUT the repairs lacked quality. I was so disappointed in the work that was done on my vehicle . I requested that the dings or gouges on my rear bumper be taken care at an added expense to be paid out of pocket . It wasn't done . My paint is two different shades that was replaced to my vehicle and the front bumper where it tore is still visible where they tried to repair it . Totally disappointed !!!! If I wasn't working in New Orleans now I would have just left it because of logistics it's impossible . I thought about just trading it in but since it's been in a wreck I'm told that it's no longer worth as much and I'm penalized AGAIN .

There was some confusion at the time of payment when the estimator forgot to list that he was covering the deductible in lieu of repairing a small dent as we had agreed. He was gone for the day, and the lady taking payment said that he had not noted that, and someone had to pay. Someone managed to reach him, however, and he took care of it. Everything else was easy and convenient. I will definitely recommend this facility!

For the work that was done/needed to be done, there is no reason what so ever that it should have taken a month to complete. Things that could have and should have been done from the very beginning were put off until the last minute thus delaying the whole process. This place already has a bad rep from customers and from personal acquaintances and if it were up to me, I would've never given Glen's automotive the chance to work on my car.
