I am not satisfied Some issues

I got a quote from Twin City Honda. The quote was only 658 dollars. This quote would have allowed the dealership to replace the Honda emblem along with both nameplates new. Glens auto repairs not only was 30 dollars more, but they only replaced the Honda emblem new. The Honda nameplate along with the V6 nameplate was removed and retaped with double sided adhesive which was poorly done. I payed 500 dollars to hear that the nameplates would not be replaced because they weren't damaged. We'll neither was the Honda emblem. So why was it replaced new. All nameplates were damaged once removed. I really would like for my car to be repaired back to spec. The way Honda would have repaired it. Are I would like to be refunded my 500 dollars. That way I can take my car to Twin City Honda in order to have new name plates put on my car. That way the nameplates will sit flushed against the car minus the double sided tape sticking out around the edges and in between the letters of the nameplate. The nameplates together are only 80 dollars. If I have to replace them I will. However I will be asking for some of my money back. Thanks have a great day. Oh the paint itself was a good job. I have taken good care of my car. You would know I have had it since November 2012.

Waited for 13 day for a minor front end damage went to pick it up didn't even get on the highway next to the shop and bottom skid plate and fender well fell apart because those part weren't even replaced from original damage they put the old damaged parts back on the car had to miss day of work because of the problem not good business in my opinion

It needs more work and they need more precision when they give the car to their costumer. I'm take the car back to you Monday again. Fr. Michael

The rattle I spoke to them about that was present after my car was struck is still present. I was assured that it was no longer there and had been repaired. Very disappointed.

Customer service is lacking. I was called and told to contact my adjuster about my rental car and I was not in a rental. The person that called was rude and when I picked up my car no one walked around my vehicle with me and just handed me the key. Didn't even ask if it was my car. I will not recommend them or use this business again.

I was very please with the service that I received from the lady (Tammy) at the front desk and the lady with enterprise car rental they went over and beyond service.. Kendell was also good as well.. only issue that I have is that no one came and ask me about how did my car look ..was I please with the service
